Term Of Service

General Terms
By commissioning me, you agree to the terms of service outlined below.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission request.Payment
25% is required before work begins.
Full payment must be made before the final artwork is delivered.
Payment can be made via PayPal, Cashapp, Zelle, Kofi.Process and Revisions
I will provide progress updates on sketching, lineart, and coloring.
Minor revisions are included in the price. Significant changes may incur additional fees.
Major revisions after the final artwork is completed will be charged extra.Deadlines and Turnaround Time
The expected turnaround time will be discussed and agreed upon before the commission begins.
If you have a specific deadline, please inform me in advance. Rush orders may incur additional fees.Rights and Usage
As the artist, I retain all rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to post it on social media, in my portfolio, and for promotional purposes.
The client may use the commissioned artwork for personal use only.
Commercial use of the artwork (e.g., merchandise, advertising) requires additional fees and a separate agreement.Refund Policy
Refunds are not available once the commission has started, except under certain circumstances (e.g., inability to complete the work).
If I cancel the commission for any reason, a full refund will be provided.Agreement
